      • Expedited Shipping (Domestic): Typically arrives within 2-3 business days.
      • Overnight Shipping (Domestic): Typically arrives the next business day after shipping.
      • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination but generally range from 7 to 14 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. PowerRaPic is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, including weather events, customs delays, or issues with third-party carriers.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on the following factors:

      • Order weight: Heavier packages may incur higher shipping fees.
      • Shipping method: Standard, expedited, and international shipping rates differ.
      • Destination: Shipping fees vary by delivery location (domestic and international).

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your order.

Free Shipping: We may offer promotional free shipping from time to time. This offer is subject to specific terms, such as minimum purchase requirements or eligible products, and will be clearly outlined during checkout.

4. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receiving your order confirmation, provided the item(s) are in stock. Processing times may be longer during high-demand periods, such as holidays or sales events.

      • Backordered Items: If an item is out of stock or on backorder, we will notify you via email with an updated delivery timeline. You may choose to wait for the item to restock, cancel the order, or select an alternative product.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress directly through the shipping carrier’s website.

      • For domestic orders, tracking information is typically available within 24 hours of shipping.
      • For international orders, tracking may take 48-72 hours to update in the carrier’s system.

6. Shipping Restrictions

      • P.O. Boxes: We can ship to most P.O. Box addresses, but some shipping methods (e.g., expedited or international) may not be available for P.O. Boxes.
      • APO/FPO Addresses: Military and diplomatic addresses may require longer shipping times, and shipping fees may vary.
      • International Restrictions: Some countries may restrict the importation of certain items, including electronic devices, and customs regulations may delay or prevent delivery.

Please ensure that you enter a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. PowerRaPic is not responsible for shipping delays, errors, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. International Shipping and Customs Fees

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply when the package arrives in the destination country. These fees are not included in the shipping charges and are determined by the local government authorities.

      • Customs Delays: International shipments may be delayed due to customs processing, and the delivery time is not guaranteed.
      • Customs Documentation: We will include all necessary customs documentation with your order to facilitate the import process. However, we cannot control or predict customs delays or fees.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

While we strive to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition, accidents can happen. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at info@powerrapic.net immediately. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.

For damaged items, please provide photos of the damage for us to assist with your claim. PowerRaPic may issue a replacement or refund for the damaged items, subject to the terms of our Return and Refund Policy.

If your package is lost, we will help you file a claim with the carrier, and we will assist in reshipping your order if eligible under our policy.

9. Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
