3. Return Process
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

Prepare Your Return: Carefully package the product in its original packaging. Include all original tags, manuals, and accessories that came with the item.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item). For returns that are not our fault, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.
Send the Product Back: Once you have your RA number, send the product to the address provided by our customer service team. Please ensure that you include the RA number on the return package.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions outlined in this policy. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- If the item is unused and in resalable condition, you will receive a full refund.
- If the item is opened or in used condition, we may charge a restocking fee (typically 15-20% of the purchase price), or we may offer an exchange or store credit.
- Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Damaged or Defective Items

We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund of the product and any applicable shipping fees at no additional cost to you. You may be asked to provide photos of the damage or defect as proof.
6. Exchanges

7. Return Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
