  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item). For returns that are not our fault, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.

  4. Send the Product Back: Once you have your RA number, send the product to the address provided by our customer service team. Please ensure that you include the RA number on the return package.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions outlined in this policy. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • If the item is unused and in resalable condition, you will receive a full refund.
  • If the item is opened or in used condition, we may charge a restocking fee (typically 15-20% of the purchase price), or we may offer an exchange or store credit.
